After some difficulties of receiving visas we are finally
receiving 21 new missionaries into the Taiwan Taichung mission. We are so
excited to receive them in the mission field. We are so excited for them to be able
to come to Taiwan. It is a really great place. The people are amazing and open.
I will also be training a brand new missionary who is brand new to Taiwan,
which is a huge responsibility, and it will be hard but it will also be a lot
of fun and I will learn so much from my trainee. I trust our mission president
and his decision. He knows how to direct the work here through the guidance
from God.
This week we met the cutest grandma ever. She is 70+ and she
travels a lot from here and Gaoxiong where her kids are living. We were tracking
and found her. It was a miracle and the other huge miracle is that she is also Christian.
We talked a lot about families and how Christ has blessed her life. We learned
so much from her and we are so excited that we can go back and share more about
Christ with her.
Miracles come through our faith.
